December 17, 2012 : A man at Chittivalasa, D Srinu (40) suspecting the fidelity of his wife Adilakshmi (30) has allegedly murdered her. He attempted self-immolation later. Adilakshmi was taken to a private hospital where the doctors declared her 'brought dead'. Srinu attempted self-immolation, but was rescued by the neighbours who admitted him to a hospital.
