The Annual National and State level Science talent search examinations (NSTSE and SLSTSE) for the benefit of school pupils following the syllabi of State, CBSE and ICSE boards will be conducted by the United Council on January 29, 2006 and February 5, 2006 respectively. Mr.VK Srinivasan, regional coordinator, NSTSE said it will be held all over the country, besides Nepal, Indonesia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Tanzania on January 29, and SLSTSE for Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu on February 5. The results of both the examinations will be available on Internet on March 1, 2006. He said NSTSE is meat for pupils from Class III to Class XII and SLSTSE for children from Class IV to Class X and there will be no negative marking in the examinations for wrong answers.

Each participating pupil will receive a free Success Series Book, which covers memory techniques, learning methodology, concentration techniques etc.,. The last date for registration of pupils for the two tests is November 10.
